Ferna and Jesus grab CONMEBOL bragging rights
Fernandinho and Gabriel Jesus had the bragging rights over Manchester City's Argentinian contingent after Brazil's 3-0 win in the World Cup qualifiers at the Mineirao Stadium.

Jesus, who joins City in January from Palmeiras, claimed the assist for the second goal with a fine through ball for Neymar, after Philippe Coutinho had earlier put Brazil ahead.

Fernandinho played the full game, impressing in the holding role and ensuring Lionel Messi didn't do any telling damage, while Jesus played 82 minutes.

Pablo Zabaleta and Nicolas Otamendi played the full game for Argentina, with striker Sergio Aguero coming on for the second half.

Paulinho scored Brazil's third as they cruise along on top of their table, with Argentina a place outside qualification in sixth.
